Installed and works as designed. I mounted through 1” of foam over 1/2 inch of plywood. I used the 3/4 inch mount and just adjusted the piano wire to match the depth needed. Watch the videos because there are many helpful tips. The pinwheel on the side of the controller makes the adjustment of the arms easier - although it did take about four to five tries to get it perfect. I had tried other system on previous layout and was never successful. This system works well.

Works excellent, easy to install. Nice addition to any signal crossing. Plenty of volume to support sound on layout. I would recommend you buy with the magnetic bracket, Magnetic bracket makes it easier to work with the wiring under the layout; just pull off bracket to attach trigger wire and power supply, snap back to mounting bracket when done.

Just wanted to thank you for a great design. I finally got the time to finish my project and I am truly very happy with the results!
Your sensors worked perfectly in my Adduino project to police traffic on my layout!

Best detector I have ever used. Works in all kinds of light straight out of the box. Very easy to program and so flexible in the design - provides excellent detection for all my track scenarios. Used to provide block signaling on my mainline and it worked perfectly. Auto calibration feature is a great plus.

I recently purchased 3 signal block controllers and 3 precision detectors for my ho scale layout. I paired them up with three LED three aspect signal lights I purchased from another vendor in China. I just want to say what a great product you have; it worked first time straight out of the box. So easy to program and set up. Manual was very clear and watching your videos ahead of time was very helpful. Worked so well, I am going to add more to my layout to have latched block signaling on my mainline through out.
