Returns and Refunds & Warranty Policy

Model Train Technology is the Manufacturer of the products we sell. We are not a Dealer or Distributor and we keep very low inventories. We adjust the manufacturing process according to order type and volume. To join the manufacturing queue you must purchase the items you want and your credit card will be charged upon checkout now, not when the item ships.

Our order pace during the year averages two weeks (14 days) from order to ship. We generally work  6-7 days a week.  Some orders may take up to 4 weeks depending on the production cycle

SHIPPING TIMES are estimated by the carrier and may take longer.

Shipping time is in ADDITION to Order Processing.
